Fwd: Invitation to join Satu, June 28 - am2pm Youth and Walk Medford for a Medford Square Walk Audit

Hello WalkMedford,

Myself and the Rev. Wenday MacIsaac cordially invite WM members to join the youth of Sanctuary UCC and Grace Episcopal  for their annual am2pm Youth Leadership and Community Service Program that is happening this week (6/26 through 7/2). Our goal is always to connect youth with their passions and empower them to be civically engaged and agents of transformation. Each day is filled with lessons, experiences of service, and reflections on justice, care of community, and protecting the environment. 

You are invited to join us for one of our most exciting projects -- a Walk Audit of Medford Square in partnership with Walk Medford -- Saturday, June 28! Here's the schedule:

• Leave Grace Episcopal for the Walk Audit (9:30 am - 11:30 am); 
• Have lunch & conversation at Grace (11:30 am - 12:30 pm)
• Brainstorm Solutions & Advocate for Safety (12:30 pm - 4:00 pm)

Please join us for as you are able! We want to give the youth a chance to present their ideas and recommendations for improvements to Medford Square and let them see they have access to those who can make things happen! Even if you can only drop by, we would be glad for them to meet you and talk with you a bit!  Please let me know if we can expect you.
