Dutchess ARC will once again be hosting our annual Laurel Run for
disability awareness at Freedom Park in LaGrange, New York (1 hour
north of NYC).

WHO: Dutchess ARC

WHAT: Laurel Run
10-mile course certified: $1,680 total prize
money to top finishers - trophies to first three runners in each
division - Open & Masters categories for Male & Female. 1st place:
$200; 2nd place: $100; 3rd place:$50; 4th place: $40; 5th place: $30.
5k timed run: 8 divisions - $50 to each top male
& female finishers - trophies to first three runners in each division
- times registered for runners. Male and Female Divisions: Ages 12 &
Under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over.
Kids Races: Must be 14 & Under. Dashes and Fun
Runs.

ENTRY FEE: $20 pre registered runners (form attached) due by 5/11/09
with guaranteed Tee shirt - $25 day of race registration

WHEN: Registration 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
10-mile run: 10:05 a.m.
5k run: 10:00 a.m.
Kids Races: 10:10 a.m. (ages 14 & under)
