Please may I extend a warm welcome to any walkjogrun members who would
like to join our new runners portal www.therunningbug.co.uk its main
aim is to get more people running but is rapidly growing into a major
destination site for runners of all levels. There are details of over
1,400 races in the uk this is set to grow very soon and we will be
enabling online sign up too.
