Friends,
You’re receiving this from a Google groups email list that has not been active in a few years, Walking and Biking in Nashville. The most recent sustained conversations were in 2020. Looking back at the messages from 2015, when the group was started, I see many of the same themes being discussed today, for better or for worse. Maybe I’ll record my nostalgia later.
I would like to reactivate this group in order to keep the community informed about the activities of the “new” Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission and the Vision Zero Advisory Committee, along with any other events and happenings about active transportation in Nashville.
Thanks to Edwin Williamson for allowing me to use the group. I would remiss if we didn’t remember the contributions of the late John Harkey and Rex Hammock who were instrumental in bike advocacy in Nashville.
I hope you’ll be involved. If not, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to walking-and-biking-in...@googlegroups.com

I’ll let others decide if this attempt has any utility, but you might have to delete a few of my emails if you hang around. Please add your own thoughts and views.
