On Friday March 26th, Mona Jewei will share her ancestral knowledge of the healing properties of the herbs, spices, oils
and fruits of this land. Come join Mona as she reveals the techniques and recipes that have come down through the generations. Mona comes from the from the village of Husan, near Bethlehem, and shares her delight of the produce of the land through stories, legends and humour.
