Does anyone know of any good web links that explain the final changes to Enhancements in the recently passed MAP-21 bill?

Thanks, Joe.  Looks like figuring out how to get projects funded will be quite interesting.  Hopefully our new state Walk/Bike group helps us work together to figure out the angles.  - John

I just hope fighting to make sure MDT doesn't 'opt-out' doesn't become a major distraction from the other good things that are being done.

Seems like this should be our no. 1 priority to get a good relationship with MDT.

We need to organize letters that request "No to opt out" to the Gov for Rec Trails and to the DOT for Transportation Alternatives.

Then the bike/ped group can be used to create a "robust" grant program for the money.
