Automatic links to other pages

Hello,

is it possible to automatically create sort-of table of contents with generated links to pages in given namespace?

Something like (or exactly like) Sphinx's toctree: http://sphinx-doc.org/markup/toctree.html but maybe generated from Page models.

Also I would like to ask if it's possible to set page title in rst or md file directly. When I commit new page, it has empty title.
