Trading Carbon report finally done

and attached. Paper copies should be ready in English in early September. French translation also around then. No plans  / funding yet for any other languages and are planning to wait and see if people find the report useful before we decide what languages to prioritise if any.

Also wanted to hear people's views on another Durban Group meeting this year. Many have comemtned that it would be good - but I have not been able to find any source of funding to make that possible. Anyone with ideas or willing to be part of a small group of people thinking about where funding for such a 3-5 day Durban Group meeting could come from?
