This is the survey I’m referring to.  I also filed an issue with the Columbus 311 app during the deer rutting season.  It is a safety concern for us.  We have many oak, beech, hickory trees in our yard and in neighboring yards which draw them in the winter and early spring. I am 74 and my husband is 83. We had huge bucks staked out in our yard between our house and detached garage.  We have cowbells to scare them away now, but that may not work long, as they become have used to various other tactics.  

 I believe the city should be acting on this as a safety issue.
