Hi,

Does anyone know the status of getting the street lights toned down in the ravine? I've been walking at dusk to see the owls - and then when they turn on it is like night turned to day. Way too bright - and not safe to move from darker areas to such bright areas. Eyes can't adjust quickly enough to be safe for driving.
