Walhalla block party tomorrow

Hey neighbors, 

Tomorrow, Sunday August 10, is the Walhalla block party. 

3192 Morningside Dr

Hosts: Pari Sabety and Mark Shanahan

• Dinner is at 5:00
• Come anytime after 3:00 if you want to swim
• Hamburgers and Hotdogs will be provided (plus veggie burgers and dogs). Please bring a side to share and whatever you want to drink besides water. Also please bring a chair if you can.

Thanks to everyone who RSVPd. I've had a few questions from people who didn't RSVP and still want to come. YES, you are welcome. Looking forward to reconnecting with neighbors and meeting new neighbors.

Hi! What time do you want games to be held? My kids aren’t wanting to swim right at 3 at this point, so we may show up closer to 4. Is this ok? Thanks!

There was lots of work behind the scenes too - Mark was a barbecue warrior and Pari was smiling all afternoon with 50 people in the yard - and tables and chairs and food and games. I echo everyone else’s sentiment - well done! AND thanks to Kate Gaylord who helped this idea get legs. It was great meeting new neighbors. Thank you, thank you!
