Emergency vehicles in ravine tonight

Does anyone know what happened just now? I heard a man screaming and saw six or seven emergency vehicles.

Yes,  the police and fire vehicles were in front of 310 and 300. I went down thinking a power line or tree had fallen. When I got to the end of our driveway, it was clear someone or something was lying in the road. The police and paramedics were huddled around.   At first I thought maybe a deer or dog, but it was a man.  I think he’s altered. He was screaming, “Get the eff off me.”  They were trying to put him on a stretcher. 

I'm not sure what precipitated the call, whether someone saw him lying in the road or what. I'm sure he was taken somewhere for care.
