The question is biased because it is (1) asking people to positively
agree not merely choose from neutral options and (2) it would require
a positive yes or no by the voter. It is well established that humans
are predisposed to agree and say yes rather than disagree and say no,
because both of the latter seem negative and confrontational.

A neutral question, as far as any can be devised, would be something
like this:

Scotland to remain within the UK?

Scotland to be independent ?

With a box against each and a cross put in one box. That would remove
the need to vote Yes or No directly.

Nothing to do with you Fatso unless you are considering returning to
live in the land of your forebears.

But surely you're all for an independent Scotland? In which case a
biased referendum would suit your point of view?

I suggest this wording:

"Do you wish to [A] remain permanent second class citizens subjugated by the
English or do you wish [B] Scotland to be an independent country in which the
Scots have all the say and ask no-one else for anything?"

That ought to get the right answer.

Nope and do you want to know why? because a promise was made that it
had to be one question - not two!!
The question is biased though in the statistical sense and does need
to be changed. funnuly enough the Tory party in scotland are happy
with it!!

Here is what it should be

Do you want to get rid o thae english cunts - yes or no.
