Reflection

I am actually quite overwhelmed with all the tools and resources that
I have located or been introduced to through this course and
discussion board. It is great to have all these wonderful resources,
now I just have to pick out which ones will be best for my students.
I think technology is a great tool to use when teaching very diverse
students. I have found that it really helps grab the students
attention and peaks their interest. Students can be given the same
information through a computer activity and pencil and paper and I
have found they get more out of the computer activity. These days
students are so use to computer games and TV that they get bored
easily with "traditional" teaching. Incorporating these resources and
tools will be difficult at first, but I feel that after I find out
what works with my students these tools will be very helpful. There
are so many sites with wnderful ways to help me differenciate for my
students, and I am excited to get to start using them.
