Hello,

I submitted a pull request to update WAL-E to Azure SDK 3 to fix blob listing pagination and improve upload chunking: https://github.com/wal-e/wal-e/pull/378

I made sure tests pass locally, and Travis CI agrees.

Is there anything else I can do or provide to help get this change merged to master?
