Working Wiki?

In the process of troubleshooting the wiki I set up, I discovered what I
think are some solutions. I then went back to Netcipia, with the much
slicker presentation and got it to work.

The Wakashan wiki is now working at http://wakashan.netcipia.net.

No matter what I do, though, I **frequently** have to use View ->
Character Encoding -> User Defined on Firefox (Mozilla) to view the font
correctly.

The two working paths on the wiki are:

1. Individual languages -> Makah -> Vocabulary -> Vocabulary from 100
Useful Phrases -> Words 1-10 (Makah only right now)
2. Individual languages -> Makah -> Use on Computers. This provides the
characters necessary to type Makah.
