I have added debtags search support as suggested by Reuben Thomas. I
didn't add --debtags option, since '::' can be used to determine
whether or not to do a normal search. I would like to keep things this
simple... only the search subcommand of debtags is used.
Pull from VCS (wajig readme wajig) and run:
$ wajig search --help
