Government outlines H1N1 flu guide for small businesses   The Department of Homeland Security and the Small Business Administration have paired with the Centers for Disease Control to create an H1N1 flu "preparedness guide." According to Homeland Security, outbreaks of H1N1, also known as the swine flu, are occuring across the country and are expected to coincide with the return of flu season in the fall and winter.
