There is also a setting in Windows update that will allow it to search for updates to 3rd party and hardware. This is one way to get the correct driver automatically. I would prefer to manually find it though.
Hello I have a Panasonic RB-HX220BEE Headset (bluetooth 5.0) and Intel AX201 built-in adapter. There is a serious problem with recording from a microphone, the recorded sound is very distorted (archive is attached). I tested this headset on different...
Hi, I have a brand new Schenker CORE 14 Laptop with a built in AX201 card. I want to pair a Jabra Talk 55 Headset with speaker and microphone, but only the speakers are connected (it only says "Musik verbunden" on my german windows). The headset...
I have a Dell Precision with integrated Bluetooth from work. I wanted to connect either one of my two Bluetooth headsets (Plantronics UC Voyager Pro v2 and Sennheiser MM450X) in order to make calls with it using our Cisco IP Communicator.
What can I do to get it to work? I can't seem to find drivers on either the Plantronics or the Sennheiser site. I am using the Plantronics without the USB dongle they provide, because that is temporarily misplaced :).
Within the previous knowledge I have, I believe I have already exhausted the alternatives I know how to solve this problem. And I couldn't, that's why I'm here. I count on the support of those who can dedicate a little of their time to help with this situation.
However, on windows 11 it doesn't work. And what I miss is the DRIVE STEREO for this device, as windows 10 found automatically... I already tried updating with windows update, I already searched for drive manually, and the ones I found, didn't work. I tried to extract the drive from windows 10 and use in windows 11, but without success.
If this doesn't work, come back and let us know. We'll want to know what Intel Wireless module you have in your system. It would also save time if you download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the tool, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.
It didn't work as expected, unfortunately. I may have done something wrong in the process too, as the drivers after manually uninstalling and disconnecting from the internet, reinstalled by themselves when I restarted the laptop.
I cleaned the temporary files as you suggested, but I believe there is some folder in the system where bkp of the drive intall is. That might be why they automatically reinstalled. But I don't know which folder and what I could delete in it.
I followed the instructions closely for this attempted fix to the same issue as the original inquiry. I thought you might find it interesting that after these procedures; the device mgr still doesn't show the 2 new Intel files that were installed. Current version is WIN 11pro 23H2. Same issues on 22H2. My 9yo machine running 22H2 has no bluetooth issues. I'm guessing some setting is wrong or unchecked in this brand new desktop. A usb bluetooth that was working on the old machine is also not recognized, yet the system makes the usual beep when plugged into the port. I will attempt to include the SSU file.
Then you didn't do every step as detailed. See Step 2, where you were supposed to disable internet access and not enable it again until told to. Obviously, you either ignored this instruction or didn't do it in a way that would survive rebooting).

Windows 11 seems to have an issue with Razer's THX option on their headsets. Sometimes it works fine, but other times you have to spend a while flipping through audio outputs in various ways to get it to start working. This is a Windows 11 specific issue and is not related to drivers or the headset itself as the headset is less than a month old (in terms of unboxing) and I always check my drivers bi weekly or so for everything, and in troubleshooting.
I'm not really looking for a fix as I don't believe there currently is one, but I wanted to bring this to the attention of the devs Because this is on the Windows 11 software end.
All time, when i turn on my computer i need to go in profile Razer > Mixer until option of the setup THX to change default audio. The time of my computer is on, audio stay stable and fuctional. Under the calibration option. I hope Microsoft fixes this fast.
I have repeatedly connected my Life Q20 Headphones to Windows using my bluetooth dongle. Windows even recognizes it and connects. However, no sound comes through and the Headphones never show up as an option in the Sound Settings.
I have disconnected and forgotten the headphones, and then re connected them. I have also installed this driver ( -firmware). I have also tried resetting as said on this thread (Cant pair headphones Life Q20 with Windows 10).
None of these things worked. Is there a solution? I have been using the headphones wired through an AUX cable for the past couple of months and they have worked flawlessly, but it is right now with this bluetooth issue that I am facing a problem for the first time.
Most threads on similar issues has the issue as their Bluetooth driver. Update the Bluetooth driver and it may resolve it. There was ome person that stated that had to update it with a generic Bluetooth driver.
So I tried installing a bluetooth driver through a link ( -Wireless-Bluetooth-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit-for-Intel-NUC) then a straight update from Bluetooth Devices in the Control Panel. Neither solution has worked.
After the headphones get connected, there is a 10 second period where they stay connected (but my sound control panel cannot find them to use) and then they automatically disconnect and refuse to connect again.
Reset the headphones and then pair with the PC, that fixes the issue most times. If not then delete all pairings and turn all Bluetooth off of all other devices it was paired with, then reset then pair just with the PC.
In Windows, some audio applications will take exclusive control of an audio device's driver while in use so that other applications can not play audio through that device at the same time. Dependin...

Well i got bluetooth dongle now and Q10 is working fine without any issues.
It was frustrating going all through those steps posted in different forums and not getting result.
thx you all of you and these forums who are there to help.
and thx again @The_Professor
The lack of a robust set of documentation on steps, decision tree, process of elimination, is the ideal answer. Perhaps in some situations a BT dongle is the answer, well that should be known chipsets to not work.
Hello, I did a search and got a link for the 1.1 driver for this older headset since it is unsupported in ICUE or anything else. However, when I get to the link it just indicates it is a dead link. Is there any place I can locate this file?
Is this the VENGEANCE 1500 Dolby 7.1 USB Gaming Headset (CA-9011112-WW) ? If so, there's a downloads link for the setup software that works in the downloads tab: Corsair Gaming Headset Setup - Release 2.0.36
I can probably try playing with a compatibility setting or whatever, but looks like Windows 11 is not supported by this driver, though it worked fine on Windows 10. I'll just have to use it as a generic device which Windows 11 picks up fine anyway. Sigh.
Just an update, the driver will work in Windows 11. However, you must disable the Core Isolation option in Windows 11. Once disabled, the driver will load fine. However, you will give up extra security afforded by this new feature. Without the driver, the headset will still work in a generic USB fashion via the Windows default driver.
The virus forcing work from home has forced people to blend work / pleasure needs into one device, Win10 and headphones, ANC helps to concentrate in WTH so fully understand how the problem arose, Microsoft made an awful OS and its being forced on people for work reasons and we are here.
I have the same problem.
I just bought the headset Q30 to help me during my daily work calls/meetings on MS Teams. When paired with PC, for sound I have two options: one is the Headset (Soundcore Life Q30 Hands-Free AG Audio) and the other is Headphones (Soundcore Life Q30 Stereo), but only the Headset (Soundcore Life Q30 Hands-Free AG Audio) works with MS Teams although the sound and Mic is terrible, the sound seems like popcorns are jumping and my coworkers say my sound is very metallic and not good.
I have updated the Life Q30 firmware for version 1.90, also the Bluetooth drivers but I still have the same problems.
Does anyone know how to deal with this?
Thank you
