Poweredby one of the largest fleets outside the manufacturers, we offer efficient solutions for any large-diameter casing driving job, such as conductor driving, caisson installation, and pile driving.

The comprehensive driving services consist of connection makeup and handling equipment, with a patented conductor torqueing system, internal lift tools, cold cutting, and specially tailored drive subs and drive shoes, including deep penetration, directional, and standard versions.

Our specialized, large-diameter, drive-pile whipstocks can reclaim used platform slots, which is more cost-effective compared with expensive washovers and pipe-recovery operations. In most cases, platform modifications are unnecessary. Hydrohammers can be used without a drilling or platform rig, and diving operations are not required. Orientation and inclination options during the installation of the new conductor facilitate the drilling of a completely new well in any direction, with a high degree of accuracy.

Living life to its fullest means something different to each person we serve. Many people enjoy spending time with friends and having the support and ability to pursue their varying interests. In our homes and apartments, there are opportunities to participate in a variety of activities like going out to dinner, to plays, shopping, and attending both local community events and Community Life department events.About Our ApartmentsIn the west metro area, we have 9 apartment programs throughout Hennepin County, that offer supported, but more independent living, adapting as needed to meet a wide range of ages and abilities. Most people living in our apartments work during the day and return home to spend time with their family, friends, and staff.

Each apartment building accommodates up to 14 people, many of whom do their own cooking and cleaning with the support of our 24-hour staff team. Staff members help with social schedules, appointments, medications, and daily activities, including grocery shopping and other shared duties.

Our apartment buildings have a community apartment with a living room, kitchen, and dining area for cooking, eating, playing games, and watching TV. It also serves as an office and sleeping room for our employees. People supported living in the apartments have access to other amenities within the complex, such as the community room, a pool, and an exercise room.

Our on-site team of registered and licensed practical nurses are dedicated to maintaining the best possible health care and safety standards for the people we support. Our nurses administer solutions and provide support to our staff, ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld. Our nurses stay current with research and best practices by regularly attending seminars and conferences. They are also members of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association, a professional organization for nurses serving individuals with intellectual and other disabilities.

Our health services team supports the people we serve on an individual level. We have a Health Care team consisting of five Nurses, a Director of Health Services, a nutritionist, and two Nurse Coordinators. This care team provides Health Care Services with access to a nurse on call 24/7.

Our Case Managers work with clients of all ages and with a wide range of support needs. Our clients may live throughout Minnesota as long as Hennepin is the County of Financial Responsibility for their funding. The clients we support may live independently, with their family, or in residential settings and we work to support them in accessing the available services that best support their needs.
