Forwarding you the mail recd. from our Area 37 Director - TM Sandeep Kinge. Please come forward and take up the challenge, nominate yourself for the post of Area 37 Director. Any member in good standing is eligible to submit their names.
As per the mail recd., the last date for submission of nomination was 16th of May.
I had missed his mail, as it had gone to my spam folder. Anyone interested, please do send in your nomination before 20th May, 2022.
He has gracefully agreed to consider the nomination.

Dear Area 37 Leaders,
The last 10 months have been an awesome journey for me and with the wonderful support and excellent encouragement that you all gave me, I was able to do my role as Area 37 Director beyond my expectation.
Our beloved Area 37 is in a healthy shape, has amazing, talented, and wonderful Toastmasters and the future looks good and stable.
We are at the end of Toastmasters term (01 July 2021 to 30 June 2022) and it is time for me to pass on the baton to keep the Area 37 flag flying high.
Request club Presidents to forward, by mail, the nomination for Area Director position to me and copy marked to Division J Director - DTM Kausik Sarathy, latest by 16th May, along with the Nomination form and Officer agreement & release form duly signed by the nominated candidate. Both the documents are attached for easy reference. Also refer to the Area Director election procedure between pages 89 to 91 in the attached 222-district-leadership-handbook.
Election modalities would be shared after the nominations are received on 16th May. Area 37 Council meeting would be held between 24th May and 30th May, based on overall convenience.
Please feel free to reach me for any clarification. Looking forward to receiving the nominations at the earliest.
