Hi guys!

I need to create Quiz App with multicoice. Here is Django App https://github.com/tomwalker/django_quiz (demo: http://www.revisemrcp.com/ )

How can I create that with Wagtail? I need to save results for every user and show progress.

Show me right way, please.
