Wagtail 4.2 released

Wagtail 4.2 is now here! Major new features in this release include:

* StreamField data migration helpers
* Accessibility checking from the user bar
* Locking and workflows for snippets
* UI improvements to the rich text toolbars
* MultipleChooserPanel, a new panel type for related objects
* A {% fullpageurl %} template tag
