Wagtail 2.15rc1 released

Hi all,
I'm pleased to announce that the first Release Candidate of Wagtail 2.15 LTS is now available! Lots of major new features in this release, including:

* A new database search backend
* Bulk actions in the admin interface
* Audit logging for all models
* Fine-grained permissions for collection management
* Typed table block - StreamField tables supporting any StreamField block type as cell content, including rich text
* Windows high contrast support

We'd like to invite you all to test this release candidate against your development / staging sites, to catch any issues in advance of the final 2.15 release, due for the start of November.
