Documentation so good you don't need Support.  Interface so good you don't need Documentation.

Peter Kindfield set that goal for Wagn.  And while we've got a good ways to go, we're making progress.  For example, the Cards on New Wagns card builds on earlier work by John Abbe to explain all the cards included in a newly installed Wagn. 

That card is part of a broader initiative to clean and cohere Wagn's documentation, largely inspired by the ideas and energy of Michael Merz, who is interested not just in improving Wagn's documentation but also in using Wagn as a documentation tool for other projects.

Please email me if you're interested in getting involved in improving our docs.  It's a great way to get to know Wagn better and to get a little deeper in our rich and growing community.
