Is anybody else enjoying the paucity of inbox-packing spammy account requests as much as I am?

Some of you may have a lot of old account requests to delete.  (On some sites we had accumulated literally hundreds of bogus account requests.)  So we hacked together a quick little fix.

NOTE:  We're letting wagneers in on this, but please keep it "secret".  No docs or links.  This solution is a one-time fix and not intended to become part of any wagn's interface.  It was deprecated before it was even committed and may be gone by 1.3.  We want to build cool ways to do bulk updates and bulk deletes and trash clearing and all that -- this is not that solution yet.  You shouldn't need it again, because now you can use captcha!

1. How to deny lots of account requests at once

<your wagn host>/account/deny_all

For this to work you will need to have delete permissions on the card and global permission to "administrate users".  If you don't, you'll get an ugly error message.

2. How to remove lots of old trashed (already denied) account requests

Normally, when you deny an account request, the card goes to the trash and the account is marked "blocked".   On wagn.org, we had at least a thousand of these, so we built a quick mechanism for cleaning them out of our database.  After all, the emails were almost all bogus, and the captcha should keep them out now.  And even if the performance benefit of getting rid of them is marginal, at least we'll be making things tidier!

So here's how you do it:

<your wagn host>/account/empty_trash

The same permission restrictions as above apply.
