why not fizzleto(targetchooser) just wondering?
creating the targetchooser and compairing to the zones, then dumping it
there. would basically look like moveto() if you need something to
refference to get an idea of what im saying. would keep the ability in line
with other similar. besides blink, which always has a strange set of
instructions for the blinked card.

by the way moving anything to library without denoting "bottom"
automatically always puts it on top.

I thought about using zoneId here (as in moveTo). But it seems like hand,
exile, librarytop are the only needed options. I mean things
like "opponentgraveyard" doesn't make much sense here.
And besides I would also want to add options "librarybottom" which seems to
me is not currently possible by targetchooser.

Yeah, I know about moving to library -- that is exactly what I want here.

I thought I added bottom of library. Whenever possible even if a combo
doesnt make sense i used target chooser vs zone id. give abilities an
amazing level of customizing

The bottom of library is possible. But it has the different syntax. For
example:
[card]
name=Condemn
target=creature[attacking]
auto=bottomoflibrary
auto=dynamicability<!mytgt toughnesslifegain targetcontroller!>
text=Put target attacking creature on the bottom of its owner's library.
Its controller gains life equal to its toughness.
mana={W}
type=Instant
[/card]

mean.

You are right, nothing needs to target bottom.

But, I mean that in my opinion it's better to have generic syntax, like
fizzleTo(bottomoflibrary) that having different ways to express exile, hand
or anything else.

Nothing is more generic than fizzleto(targetchooser) . if in the future
they add, fizzle but put in opponents hand, you would have to add more to
the code. where if it was based on a targetchooser you would just code or
fizzleto(opponenthand) and no extra code was required.

So, what do you suggest?
Even if we make syntax to be "fizzleto(targetchooser)" than we can't write
fizzleto(bottomOfLibrary), because bottomOfLibrary is not a valid
targetChooser.

Well obviously there will be cases when code would be added specifically
where tc cant get to. It's because bottom of library is not a zone.
