Waggle Dance release 4.0.0 (Hive 3)

Dear Waggle Dance users,

It has been a while apologies :)

I’m happy to announce a new release of Waggle Dance 4.0.0 the first based on our Hive 3.x branch

From now on:
Waggle Dance 3.x releases will be reserved for Hive 2 based Waggle Dance releases.
Waggle Dance 4.x releases will be reserved for Hive 3 based Waggle Dance releases.

In due time we'll promote the Hive 3 branch as our main branch, once we've done some internal testing.
We have no plans to move to Hive 4.
Next step is to merge what's left of the main branch changes into Hive 3.x branch and make another WD 4.x release.
