multilevel whole-brain mediation - FDR correction

Dear Wagerlab team,
First of all I would like to thank you for implementing the mediation toolbox - it's a great tool and I'm hoping to use it in our next paper! I have a question though: I'm trying to figure out how exactly to correct for multiple comparisons - when I run mediation_brain_results with a FDR-threshold, I get an error message, because it does not seem to be implemented in the script any longer, although it is still in the examples (e.g. % [clpos, clneg, clpos_data, clneg_data] = mediation_brain_results('all', 'thresh', [Inf .005 .01], 'size', [1 3 10], 'fdrthresh', .05, 'overlay', overlay, 'prune', 'conj'))?
I tried working my way through the other scripts, but I'm not entirely sure what the correct approach is. Also, would FWE correction be an option, and if so, is that provided in any of your scripts? Or is that something you advide against anyway?
