Problems with Multilevel Kernel Density Analysis

Dear All,

Recently I downloaded the meta-analysis toolbox--Multilevel Kernel Density Analysis, and I added the file to my matlab's path. However, when I typed the command "Meta_Setup" and ""read_database", there was always showing errors. Any one can help me to solve this problem?

Hi Hua,

Your database text file needs columns with particular names, including “x”, “y”, and “z” for coordinates.  On our website (wagerlab.colorado.edu) is a link to our Wiki, which has a “fMRI help” page link and help on this toolbox, with an example spreadsheet and text file.  I’d send you the link now but I’m on a plane.  Let me know how it goes!

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I solved my problems cause I forgot to download the "Core" tool. Now it seems run well.
