Hello,
we have used mediation analysis for time-courses used in X, Y and M; for diffeent subjects.
we were wondering what is your suggested method to decide about significancy of subject-level coefficients which are stored in stats.paths?
If it is not significant for any of path coefficients (like a,b, c, c'), should that subject be excluded from the analysis?
Best,
Taraneh

Hi Taraneh,

Subject-level stats are not saved in stats, as far as I know. You need to run mediation for each person in order to obtain each person's stat values. But never exclude the subjects who show non-significant results from the analysis.

Best,
Wani
