waffle -- pop-up asking for windows credentials

Hello,

on local machine waffle works perfect without showing any pop-up asking for credentials but if i try to access it from other machine it is asking for windows credentials. I do not want this pop-up.

Also LDAP is not managed by me(Kerberos), it is administered by IT team, so i can not add users permission .  I just want to get the windows username to check with the database that i have.

Any help will be appreciated.

I am running it on local machine but accessing it from other machine. But NTML , i guess is not allowing me to access the page because i am using the filter-mapping in tomcat. I just need request.getRemoteUser should return me the name of remote user. When i am  removing filter-mapping than i am not getting null as output from  request.getRemoteUser. I don not really want authentication from waffle. I just need to get username from LDAP.

The popup means SSO isn't working. This is usually a problem with lacking of an SPN, but not always. Troubleshooting is still the best place to start, as it goes through all the steps that one would typically do to debug this.
