The following information can be included in an import of your organization's volunteer opportunities. Each item listed should be a separate column in your spreadsheet. Note that only Ongoing, Runs Until, and Happens On needs can be imported; Recurring Shift and Custom Shift needs cannot.

When agencies or users are imported, they are given a status of "Imported." Imported agencies (and any imported needs belonging to them) will not be visible on your imported site until the agencies are activated. Imported users cannot access the site until their accounts have been activated.
As stated previously, an agency manager's name and email address are required for a successful agency import. The system automatically creates user accounts for all agency managers imported with the agency information. When an agency is activated through the process described here, the agency manager gets an email telling them how to log into the site and access their agency page.
The short answer is, it varies. A simple user or agency import can be completed relatively quickly. Larger imports that include needs, need responses, hours submitted, and user groups can take longer. If there are data issues that need to be addressed (such as missing information, inconsistent information, spelling errors, etc.), an import can take several days or longer.
If you are shooting in RAW (DNG files), iOS's Photos app will currently only display the DNG file's low resolution JPEG preview. This will look horribly pixelated and low resolution, but if this is your problem there are some workarounds:
2) use non-Apple software to open and view the files once they are imported to iOS. I use Affinity Photo, and this will open and edit the DNGs correctly, and I believe that Lightroom for iOS can do the same. It is a bit clunky needing to use another app just to view the files though.
3) upgrade to iOS 12, which in theory will allow Photos to use DNGs directly. Unfortunately, this is currently only available as a developer beta, and it will be the autumn before the final version is available.
Incidentally, one of the big advantages of the M10 is that the JPEG previews in the DNG files are huge (I think full size, or nearly so). Although this increases the file size, it makes using the DNGs with iOS much easier. Leica probably has done this deliberately given their interest in supporting iOS via the WiFi connection.
This has occasionally cropped up with me when quickly viewing thumbnails (with a PC, BTW, nothing to do with Apple / Mac), presumably something to do with the video card buffer memory being slower to catch up with the data being loaded onto it. In Lightroom, too, when enlarging from 'fit' to 1:1 or 3:1 there is sometimes a few seconds fuzziness until loading is finished.
i currently sell online and all my orders automatically are pulled into my order management system (Non API) which does things i need it to do which quickfile cannot (i have orders coming in from eBay, Amazon, and our own website. Other than ebay, amazon and our website i cannot currently automatically bring the sales into quickfile which is why its easier to continue using our order managment software where everything is in one place and manually import them all by CSV), i have just started using quickfile and intend to weekly export my sales orders (Invoices) (which log all the needed information customer, vat ect ect.) from this software (CSV) and import it directly into quickfile, once imported i will then tag the sales so they can clearly be indentified as sales,
Thats great thank you, it does indeed generate the invoices, would it be acceptable to do what you suggest if the VAT amounts are not a straight forward 20% (as some orders go outside the EU) can i just input the exact vat total rather than quickfile calulating it for me, thank you
Digitally Imported Radio takes music and digitally imports it into your mobile device of choice. It's more practical than toting around analog media. Take your phone for example. You don't want to try sticking non-digital stuff in that.
With the newest version, you can take that digitally imported music and send it to your TV thanks to Google Cast support. Whether you're using an old Chromecast, a new one, or a set-top box with Android TV.
Interestingly, the update seems to remove the icon from the homescreen. Fortunately you can just drag it back. Folks who have yet to check out the electronic music streaming service can do so underneath the update notes below.

Does anyone have experience of importing a contacts file to their BT SH2? I've just got BT DV and so far it seems good. One problem I have is the import function. I exported a few contacts from my existing contacts list to a .vcf file (the only format that the SH 2 will import) and imported it into the SH2 - so far so good. I then checked my DV handset, and the contacts showed up in the address book - even better. However when I went ahead and imported a second file containing additional contacts this overwrote the first set - so it seems I need to export all my existing contacts to a single .vcf file and import that.
That's annoying but could be dealt with by maintaining my existing list and periodically updating it. Unfortunately that's not the only problem. Importing the .vcf file doesn't just over-write the contacts previously imported - it also overwrites any contacts you may have added manually on the phone itself.
Importing contact using vcf file is normally a one off hence why the phone deletes all existing contacts and replaces with contacts in vcf file. Just a matter of making sure all your contacts are included in existing device before creating the vcf file and then just add others as and when you need
The key is to have one central address book. In my case it is the Office365 contact list. This worked perfectly with my iPhone and old BT Premium phone which were synced by Bluetooth. I have now moved over to DV phones so a bit of a rigmarole but I can easily import them into the SH2 anytime the list updates. The rigmarole (free) is export to .csv in Outlook, import to Gmail contacts, export to .vcf and import to SH2. It sounds a lot of work but it is quick and easy for hundreds of contacts.
Yes I understand what I need to do to make it work - I already have my Office 36/Exchange, Gmail/Google and iCloud contacts all synchronised, and I could easily export from Gmail as .vcf and import into the SH2 hub. However I have well over 1000 contacts, and for my landline I only need a sub-set of those (personal, family & friends etc.). My Gmail contact list is sub-divided into "labels", but it will only export one "label" at a time, or alternatively I have to go through my entire list and pick each individual contact I want to save (and unfortunately the "all contacts" list doesn't allow sorting by "label".
I think my Mac includes a Terminal command that can merge multiple .vcf files (and there are some applications out there that will also do this) so I can just export the contacts I need by "label", merge them and upload the resulting file.
Thanks for the help on this. I managed to pull together a fix that works for me. My primary list is in Gmail contacts, which is also synchronised with my Office 365/Exchange and iCloud contacts. I have three specific contact groups ("labels") in my Gmail contacts that I want to transfer to my DV handsets. I can export these three groups as .vcf files to a new folder on my Mac desktop. Then I open Terminal on that folder and use the command line cat *.vcf > combinedfile.vcf which combines my three .vcf files (or however many there are in the folder) into a single .vcf file (can be named anything, doesn't have to be "combinedfile"). Then I can import the combinedfile.vcf into BT SH2.
