I can't install the script

Hello there,

I'd like to test your waf console but I can't configure it. I have followed all steps of your guide but in the last step, when I should install the mysql database, the link for creating the database doesn't appears. I can't create the database and the login details.
What do I'm doing bad?

Please, install the APC, it is indeed required, at least to install.
