What will we need from each teacher?
➢ Student name and school name for each level
➢ A brief paragraph describing why the student deserves the
award. We will use the information teacher provides in the
recognition letter to principal/department head.
➢ Principal/Department Head’s name and email address.
➢ All information should be sent to the WACLT president no later
than the due date which depends each year, please watch
closely on the email sent out from the president. (Late
nomination will not be considered.)
