Global Education 101 is a self-paced online course for U.S. educators that was developed by the Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and IREX.
What to expect:
1) You don’t need any previous experience with global education- this is literally a global ed 101 course.
2) It has a little something for everyone- there are teacher voices and resources on global education that can be applied to every content area and grade level.
3) It’s short- there’s an introduction and 3 modules- each module takes about an hour- hour and a half to complete. It’s all self-paced.
4) It’s a great opportunity to connect with other teachers around the U.S.!
5) It’s free!
