2020 Chinese Speech Contest Registration will Open Midnight Today

Hello WACLT members,

The 2020 Wisconsin Chinese Speech Contest will take place on Saturday, April 18 at UW-Milwaukee Bolton Hall. The contest registration will open at midnight today. Here is the registration link:

Please honor the registration deadline April 5 at midnight. We will not accept late registrations.

If you have not renewed your WACLT membership for 2020, you will need to renew the membership before registering your students. You can pay your membership fee using the same registration website. Please note that this event is a teacher sponsored event, only WACLT members' students can register and participate in the event.

Please take a moment to read the speech contest requirements posted in the registration website and make sure you register your students in the correct category. 

For your information, I have attached a copy of the speech contest rubrics. Please also read the rubrics carefully as you prepare your students for the speech contest.
