WA, with all but one of its major towns on the coast and a tidal river
running through Perth, is set to experience sea levels rises of a
metre within the century, according to the new Climate Commission
report.

Was just wondering, in your opinion, which likely areas would be
effected by this around Perth?
Rockingham, Mandurah, Baldivis areas??? or all areas except places
that are high up in the hills etc?

The maps on this site show projections of sea level rise for Perth metro
area
http://www.ozcoasts.org.au/climate/Map_images/Perth/mapLevel2_North.jsp
the site is a collaborative effort of coastal scientists which
originated from a Cooperative Research Centre.

John, thanks for this!
Wow, looks like moving right near the sea front at Rockingham isn't
such a good idea.
Maybe Armadale will be the new capital one day :/
This is unbelievable.
