Linking WA rainfall to anthropogenic global warming

Here is a press release from the current conference season: this one the results of research into causes of the large reductions in Winter rainfall across southern Australia. The authors suggest that based on the models they used, “further increases in anthropogenic CO2 concentrations can lead to further large reductions in baroclinic instability” ….resulting in rainfall reductions twice that seen at the end of the 20^th century.
