Debate on Perth's future continues

The debate about the future of Perth and in particular the suburban
sprawl continues after Monbiot's piece in The West. Richard Weller and
other notables have pointed out that perhaps suburbs are not all bad,
but they certainly are under threat as energy costs, especially petrol
