Plan for fuel rationing in WA

The WA Office of Energy has produced an emergency plan for fuel
rationing in the case of disruption to fuel supplies. The current
situation in the Middle East is the sort of thing they have in mind,
but as peak oil begins to take shape it would increasingly affect fuel
security. This report shows that the WA government is beginning to
become aware of how vulnerable WA is to such energy shocks.
