DESCRIPTION
Description of Company: A 'Single solution provider' of telephone and internet services. Provides local, long distance, and all broadband services. Community based and oriented, specializing in the personal touch (i.e. a real person will answer the phone). Many different product packages available. Does not sell phone hardware or cellular services. A local telephone company and Internet service provider.
Specific Duties: Make own marketing plan and follow it; keep abreast of changing technology and competitor capabilities. Diligently seek potential customers and follow up to completion. Territory analysis and planning. Cold calling; appointment making. Analysis of customer’s telecommunication potential/needs. Sales presentations to company decision maker(s) involving detailed product knowledge and persuasiveness; follow up; close. Maintain customer service level with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have solid sales track record. Must be knowledgeable and/or experienced in high tech. Telemarketing experience a plus. Must be customer oriented and community centered.
