Terry Leitch, VK6ZLT

Hi everyone.

Many of you are probably aware that long time member, and life member, Terry  Leitch, VK6ZLT has been experiencing difficulties with declining health for the past couple of years. In a recent turn of events Terry has found himself an in-patient at Fremantle Hospital, awaiting transfer to long-term care.

Terry's wife Dawn called me to let me know that Terry would really like visitors, so if you know Terry and can make time to visit him in Fremantle, here are the details for doing that: Terry  Leitch, Fremantle Hospital, Level 9, B15.

Terry has now moved from Fremantle Hospital to community care.
He is settling in. I can send an update when he is ready for visitors.

Thanks for the update, Mark.

My Late Mum was admitted to Fremantle Hospital B Block and like Terry, subsequently to a community service facility while awaiting a permanent place in the next level of care.

Her experience was 100% positive and I assume that Terry will find likewise.
