16 September 2025 ACMA remakes Amateur Licence Conditions Determination In April 2025, we consulted on our proposal to remake the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Amateur Licence) Determination 2015. We have now made the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Amateur Licence) Determination 2025, which will commence on 30 September 2025. You can find full details on the ACMA website.
