WA VHF Group AGM in September

Hi everyone.

The WA VHF Group AGM is scheduled for the fourth Monday in September, 28^th Sept 2026. I have attached an agenda. All financial and life members have a say in AGM business. The main item of business is the election of officers for the new year. 

Nominations for the committee offices are now open. Please consider nominating for a role to assist the Club in organising our activities and deciding on our future direction. Nominations can be sent to the secretary (me) as returning officer for the AGM. As a courtesy please cc: the president (Dave). The deadline for sending nominations is 31st August. Any roles that do not receive nominations by then will be open for nomination on the night of the AGM.

FYI: My records show the following callsigns are paid-up through the AGM, either because they are life members or have paid since last AGM:
