Hi everyone

VK6RLM is currently connected via Allstar to a repeater in Maine USA, where the Pine State ARC is running their weekly net.  It is Veteran's Day in USA (11-Nov ie. their time now).

Connection is a bit patchy but working most of the time.

Greetings, Mark!
Heard you on the call up and when you came in for comments! Good first try through VK6RLM Mark! I have it as an option in Echolink and will attempt to connect again myself.

Best, and 73,

Thanks Mark

I will try to get to RLM but out and about now so maybe their net will finish before I get back to QTH.

Good to know that there are comms happening though with our Mates Club.

Regards
Denis

The Pine State ARC net on N1DAE is now over. I have disconnected and reconnected VK6RM to the VK6-HUB.
There were about 20 callsigns on the net, many were US veterans and tonight most comments were recollecting stories from members' war service because today (11-Nov in USA) is Veteran's Day, a national holiday in USA.

BTW: if there are any Allstar experts receiving this, please let me know what you think of the following: when I disconnected from N1DAE I was able to reconnect to the VK6HUB, however the US Allstar node N1DAE appears to still be connected (on the bubble chart https://stats.allstarlink.org/stats/28608/networkMap).  I repeated the disconnect & reconnect (to VK6-HUB) sequence but N1DAE is still showing, along with VK6-HUB.  I imagine N1DAE's presence on the bubble chart is an artifact that will clear in a few minutes?

Thanks Mark,
Will the link be disconnected at the end of the net so the locals in regional VK6 don’t have their repeaters contested?

Cheers
