Children and Senior Specialist

I was asked if the Children and Senior Specialist programs could be done entirely indoors. I asked and the answer is no. If there is not enough snow the programs will be cancelled. 

PSIA-NW controls the content and delivery of its programs. It does not control snowfall. My communications to those in charge snow have not been answered.  I may have the wrong number.
