Hope you are doing well! I ran across a gentleman and his wife selling their reservations at Sun Peaks, Pinnacle Lodge. The reservations are for two rooms (occupancy up to 3 people) for Dec. 25th 2016 through Jan. 1st 2017.
Your reach in the ski instructor community is much longer than mine. Please pass along to anyone you know might be interested.
Bill Stephan is the gentleman's name. He lives with his wife in Bellevue.

The rooms at this resort are large hotel rooms with queen, or king beds and a sleeper sofa. They have a large deck outside, a small refrigerator and fireplaces.
There is a beautiful Great Room where breakfast is served every morning and tea is served in the afternoon. This last Christmas there was an $18.00 Canadian fee per day per person for this (breakfast alone was worth it).
All the rooms we have are side by side on the same floor in the main building and I would think that 2 rooms would adequately serve your needs if the 2 adults were in 1 room and the 3 children next door.
I have no problem transferring the reservation from our names to yours, it is a matter of a phone call.
I’m asking $700.00 USD per week ($100.00 per night) for these rooms and you can take as many or as few as you like.
My Blas family has purchased 3 rooms. Bill originally reserved 5 rooms, so two remain. Its a Vacation Internationale gig and Bill must sell his spots before Nov. 18th or cancel his reservation.
