QST - All going to Dayton (Xenia) Hamvention - TRCI Vendor Contacts

QST - 

Charlie, [WB4PVT], called me a few minutes ago with a good idea. 

We need some coordination in our contacts to talk up the Southeastern Virginia Regional Ham Radio Fest and Swap Meet with vendors at the Hamvention. We do not want to approach the same vendor multiple times at the Hamvention and appear to be disorganized. Charlie agreed to coordinate and keep a list of the vendors any of you contact at the Hamvention.

I am not sure who all is going to the Hamvention. I am aware of:

• Charlie [WB4PVT]

• Dennis and Millie [K4DRR, K4MMR] 

• Saunders [KD4LEL]

Please reply to all if you are planning to go to the Hamvention so it is clear to all who is going and who plans on talking with the vendors about the Southeastern Virginia Regional Ham Radio Fest and Swap Meet. 

• I am attaching the latest version of the flyer with the registration form.
• I am attaching a reference sheet showing the Knights of Columbus Hall environs showing the parking and tailgating spaces. [Drone view]
• I am attaching a reference sheet showing the floor plan of the Exhibit Hall. 
• I am attaching a simple Business Card sized information sheet that you can cut into cards you can hand out. 
• If I can create a double-sided Business Card with the logo and some color, I will send it out in a separate email.

I will be going, as well as my son KN8EBO and Kevin (Charlie and Kevin are with our Michigan-based group, Cherryland Amateur Radio Club, W8TCM). Our flea market spaces are 9625-9628 for any who are interested. Come hang with us, happy to provide refreshments, a little mountain music and a shady spot to hang.
