Field Day poll

Reminder to all PARC members -

Field Day is this weekend! As in past years, we will be joining the SPARK and Hampton Public-service Team (HPT) for Field Day this year at the Northampton Christian Church, 1409 Todds Lane, in Hampton (just off Big Bethel). We will begin setting up at 1:00 PM Friday for a few hours, then continuing at 9:00 AM Saturday. Operations begin at 2:00 PM Saturday and run continuously through the night until 2:00 PM Sunday. We tear down the equipment at 2 PM and should be finished around 4 PM or so. Help is especially needed for setup, teardown, and for operating overnight. Meals will be provided for lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Everyone can participate, even if you do not have a license.

To get a better understanding of who will be available at various times (needed for meal planning), please reply with your response to the poll below. (Note: if you have already responded to the SPARK or HPT poll, you do NOT need to respond to the PARC poll. We need to account for everyone's response once and only once.)

Field Day Meal and On-Site Poll 

 

The following poll is necessary to gauge the size of the crew expected to be available for set up, operations, and tear down, and to get a good count for each meal period.  The latter allows meal planners to judge the amount of food to purchase and prepare; an inaccurate count will either result in too little food being prepared or funds being wasted by buying too much.

 

Only vote in one poll as there will be polls posted to SPARK and HPT and PARC.

 

Respondent may choose more than one answer.

 

I will be there Friday at 1300 for setup.

I will be there Saturday at 0900 for setup.

I will eat Saturday lunch on site.

I will be there Saturday afternoon.

I will eat Saturday dinner on site.

I will be there Saturday evening.

I will be there overnight Saturday.

I will be there Sunday morning.

I will eat Sunday morning breakfast.

I will eat Sunday lunch on site.

I will be there Sunday afternoon, to include site teardown.

Please respond to this survey if you have not already done so already (through SPARK or HPT). I will be submitting the results to the Field Day organizers on Friday morning, so please provide your attendance information ASAP.
